Jacki was very approachable with other options. She understood my situation and was looking for the best options for me. As first time home buyers there were a lot of things we did not know but Bill educated us throughout the entire process. I am glad we had Bill as our realtor and would recommend him to anyone. He was fantastic at keeping us updated on where we were in the buying process and made sure we were prepared every step of the way. My wife and I did not have the typical home buying experience in terms of finding a realtor, going to open houses, telling the realtor what we wanted etc... We found our house on Zillow only a day or so after the house was listed and I gave Donna a call as she was the listing agent and she got us scheduled for a showing that same evening. That same evening we called Donna with our offer and she got it in and called me a day or two later to inform me our offer was accepted. We went into the whole home buying process unprepared in a way however Donna stepped in and helped all along the way. She was very professional and excellent to work with!
